RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Keep your order confirmation, you'll need it.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@faithaboveall.co before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without confirmation first.

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll evaluate it and resolve it.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size? Initiate a return on the original item first. Once accepted, place a new order. That's the fastest way to get what you need.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items and gift cards are final sale. No exceptions.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days on their end.
